poor room cleaning intense street noise

The location was acceptable, close to Istiklal street and other attractions.

I was annoyed by several issues. The room cleaning was not up to par. They did not replenish toiletries. The hotel had switched to heating (it was November), so the room became uncomfortably hot. Opening the windows was not an option because of the intense street noise, made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast had a decent spread. The service was excellent and i appreciated the beautiful views (especially in the morning). I particularly enjoyed the pizza ovens at Ceconni's Italian. The hotel is near Taksim Square and Galata Tower. They are both at a walking distance.
