My stay at Rixos Pera Istanbul was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was perfect, just minutes away from Taksim Square and Galata Tower, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, especially Ilhan and the concierge team, who helped me book several local tours. However, I did encounter some issues with housekeeping; glasses were not replaced and I found myself running low on toilet paper. Overall, I'd give the hotel a decent rating mainly due to its great location and staff service.
